  • Was extremely helpful and secure. Turned up took a picture of some tags and scanned a qr code. When we returned showed him the picture of our tags and got our bags back. Seen mixed reviews of this company online but they use local business to store your stuff and this place did it well, seems like an extremely low chance of someone accidentally taking your things. The owner was super friendly and took our bags into the back too for us, would definitely recommend. Great location to near the skatepark and muscle beach

  • Everything was great! We arrived late and there was no issue. We were told what time to return and our belongings were safe and intact when we returned. Store employees were all very nice and helpful. Will definitely use their services again if needed.

  • If your looking to store your luggage while checking out Venice Beach and waiting for a flight out of LAX- this is the way! Cheap price to not have to drag your stuff around a busy place. It's like having your freedom. The business was very nice and helpful. We felt safe to leave anything with them to safeguard. Highly recommend Bounce and we will use them in the future at other city locations. Thank you

  • The ladies at Native American World were great. Our luggage (6 cases and three guitars) was kept safely in the back office (locked). They made sure each piece of luggage was checked in and out properly, so there was no way another person could have taken our luggage. We could then enjoy our day without having to haul our luggage around.

  • This is a great service. I had to check out of my hotel at 11am. My flight was not until 10pm. I dropped my luggage off at the location and the guy that helped me was so pleasant and assured me that I didn't need to worry. I had a fabulous day exploring Venice Beach. Picked my luggage up before catching my Uber to the airport. It was very affordable. Perfect!!!!
