  • Very good, I recommend it. Always available, even before the scheduled time. Easy place to park and unload luggage. Great for a quick trip to the surrounding area and leaving the car empty for greater comfort.

  • First time trying a service like this, we had an early check out and a later day flight with a con to go to, so we dropped off our luggage and it is fast and easy. There's room for parking or waiting on a driver, and the owner is super friendly. The luggage is hidden from view so regular people can't see it. Pick up was swift and easy. I would go to this place again!

  • Location was perfect for our purposes. Went to a concert for a favorite artist. Dropped off our luggage and picked up just fine. Owner said to pick up whenever, he was very friendly and accommodating! We had 6 heavy bags and suitcases that he was able to secure safely. Will definitely use his service again. ♡

  • This place was in a rather busy part of DTLA and because it’s mostly unassuming, it’s pretty good to have as a storage place for the belongings so as to not need to lug it around everywhere before my 11pm flight! The guy there was very friendly and was definitely always around to make sure everything was safe and secure!
