The storage facility is located inside a small grocery store. Upon collection, you must show the QR code from your bounce reservation. The owner will then ask you to leave your bags at the back of the store and take a photo; he will then place them behind some shelves. When picking up your bags, you must show the QR code and the photo you took, and you can collect them. You can only store the number of bags reserved (if you wish to leave backpacks in addition to suitcases, you must purchase a storage facility for them as well). The location is very convenient, as it is close to the metro and the Estació del Nord.

Great experience storing my luggage here late at night and picking up early in the morning. Yes it does feel sketchy storing your stuff in a somewhat rundown convenience store but all my stuff was kept safe and had no issues.
