Service perhaps a little expensive but generally functional. The place is a tobacco shop, the luggage is stored in their warehouse (which cannot be accessed so I can't say how it is stored). Very helpful and approachable staff.

Good service after some would have preferred the luggage to be in individual locked cabinets rather than just placed in bulk in the reserve of a souvenir store. I find the service quite expensive for the service provided.

Staff was friendly and I successfully got my stuff back at the end of the day. But, it’s literally storing your luggage in the back room of a head shop/convenience store. I also found it strange that they didn’t tag my bags or have any way to confirm I was picking up the correct bag.

Friendly and convenient. My only concern is that the bags were in a doorway with the door open. Everything went well but just a little concerning.

You get what you pay for, central luggage storage. The bags are being left in a kiosk / tobacco shop, the luggage transfer happens under a CCTV camera to ensure security. We felt a bit uneasy surrounding the security as the bags are just being put into the storage of a tobacco shop given that we had expected proper luggage storage. However, our bags were returned complete and unharmed, the staff was friendly, and the location couldn't be better!

It wasn't easy to find the store as the sign on the door is super small. The storage room looked a little disastrous and didn't make is feel very comfortable about the security. Still, we got what we paid for!
