Super friendly staff, would highly recommend

The location was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. However, I was surprised when I received multiple emails after picking up my luggage saying that the pickup time had passed. I happened to be staying at a nearby hotel, so I went there the next day to check and found that the staff had not yet completed the pickup process. Of course, I was told that there would be no excess fee, but I was worried when I received the emails. I hope they will process the matter properly.
