Discover Waterfront Station luggage storage

Super quick and easy drop off! I also felt the place to be extremely safe!

It was so easy and convenient! Allowed us to shop and go to a concert without having to wait in line to check bags

This service was very convenient and easy. Helped make the day more flexible so we didn’t have to carry things around. Customer service was very kind and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Amazing service and great price!

Good service, helpful gentleman at the counter. Only thing not the greatest was the unsavory people/other customers entering the shop made it a bit uncomfortable.

The attendant was very pleasant and provided professional, speedy service. I had an early morning embassy interview. Anyone who has been through that process knows you can't bring electronics inside, but who leaves home without their phone and headphones? My personal belongings were kept completely safe. It’s also incredibly convenient that they are open 24/7. I’m so grateful for a service like this! For less than $10, I didn't have to find someone to accompany me to the embassy just to watch my things. Thanks, Bounce!

Perfect luggage storage experience! Drop-off and pick-up at Zaatar were both incredibly easy, and I felt completely comfortable and safe leaving our luggage here. Everything was well cared for, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. It made our day so much easier not having to haul our bags around with us. I would absolutely use this location again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and trustworthy place to store their luggage!
