I had a great experience! I was worried that the location was a “vape shop”, but it was more of a convenience store. It was a short walk from the cruise port and worked out great!

The staff was very nice! I kept my suitcase there for 2 weeks as we went hiking. I was a bit worried to leave it for so long, but they kept is securely for me and I'd absolutely recommend!

Location was very convenient to downtown Vancouver amenities. The person who checked us in was very helpful and gave us some good suggestions for places to eat. Although the fact that is was a Vape/Smoke shop which might raise some concerns for some, our experience was very positive. Remember, you can't judge a book by its cover.

This was inside a convenience store on the street level of the building. There are 5-6 steps to carry the bags up. But the clerk was friendly & quick. Bags were stored in an open but out of site area at the back of the store. Hours were 10am -6pm (on a Sunday).

Great location if you want to store your bag near the Waterfront! Friendly, cheerful staff too. This was my second time using this location.

Hesitant at first since we were dropping 5 bags off at a corner coffee shop and they were taken to the back office (or somewhere). All bags there at pick up, so that's a good thing!

Perfect. Quick and easy. Luggage was stored in the back away from regular store customers. Highly recommend.

Nice helpful staff. As soon as I walked in, they knew what I was doing and checked me in and took my bag. Later on, I wanted to come in and take some stuff out of the bag and put some stuff in and they were helpful in assisting me with that. Checking out was no issue either. I would gladly keep my bag at this location again.
