The location was easy to find, and there was a sign outside, which was reassuring. Dropping off and picking up luggage was also easy using a 2D barcode!

Very easy to use and find although I learned through other reviews it's called the convenience store! Everyone working was very kind and they said they had camera all around. Items are kept in the back part of the store and not very secure

Location was easy to find, the drop off was smooth, and the workers were friendly. My only concern is that the bags were simply kept behind the counter, not put in a locker and without any tags on them. However, everything went great for us.

The location was easy to find and conveniently close to public transport. The lady who assisted me was very helpful and professional. At the time of handover, she took a picture of my luggage, which gave me extra confidence that everything was being handled properly. The pickup process was also smooth and straightforward. My luggage was returned quickly and in the same condition as when I left it. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely use this luggage storage location again and recommend it to others.
