Top ratedThe staff weren't aware of our odd sized additional luggage (this was 3x oversized bike boxes). They advised it was above and beyond what they normally receive BUT happy to advise that all staff were so helpful and accomodating. We really appreciate the effort they went to. The baggage drop off signs should be bigger, it was hard to find the location just because the of the signage but other than that, it was a very convenient location. Love that we could sit charge our phones and plan where & what we're going to do and no judgment. Was able to repack suitcases as needed in the lobby
