Small shop known through Bounce's luggage storage. Very friendly and helpful staff, top-quality Italian specialties. Excellent coffee, fresh sandwiches, and homemade dishes.

Great service easy convenient

Easy, clean, good services

Very convenient and reliable!

Easy to use Close to my hotel I hate having to drag my bag around. Very worth the price, less than $10

Easy and pleasant way to store my luggage.

INS Convenience Store puts your luggage in their back room. Friendly staff.

Everything is OK

Good experience, can be trusted

Bounce reservation was pretty safe and smooth. One thing I will say is that the posted Hours of Operation did not match google and staff was running late so they were not open at the expected time which cut into our time exploring the city. However they were kind and attentive and all bags and items were accounted for.

Professional and friendly!

Great staff so friendly

Amazing staff so friendly

Fantastic experience. Would highly recommend. So helpful, easy and quick. Defiantly would use them again.

Good service, quick and convenient.

Quick, clean and secure, friendly staff! They saw my luggage and knew I was Bouncing immediately!

Awesome, I’m from the prairies and I had no clue I could drop off my luggage and feel safe leaving it!! Love it!! It’s a nice Cafe & Bar with friendly staff.

The location of the luggage drop off was convenient and easy to navigate, as well as a convenient location for exploring Toronto once we were without our heavy luggage. I would recommend staying for a bite to eat or a coffee to appreciate the local business!

Drop off and pick-up went real well. I'm glad to have the convenience. I'll consider it again in the future.

The location and store clerks were so kind and friendly! Would highly recommend for friendly and efficient service!

The location was so convenient while we visited the mall. Really friendly, too. Definitely recommended :)

The drop-off and pick-up were good, and the location is conveniently next to the subway. I also felt like my luggage was secure. However, point to note luggage can only be stored from 10 am to 6pm when the store is open.

Located on the lower level of the plaza, the managers are very friendly and trustworthy; I recommend it.

Very friendly and convenient service. Easy to find location that is centrally located.

We are very grateful for this quick and reliable service for leaving our luggage so we can explore the city! Thank you!

Very well located in the city center Shoe repair shop Storage in the back of the shop Address to be reviewed because closer to Younge street than to Bay street

Super convenient location
