The process was so easy! I felt completely safe leaving my bag here! Everyone was so helpful and polite and your bags are securely stored. They even tagged it and gave you the other end to return when you picked up so you could only get YOUR bag. The location was convenient to the theater district--highly recommend if you're seeing a show and need a place to store luggage!

I did my reservation on my laptop, not on the app. They asked me a couple times to see the reservation in the app, which I didn't have. I showed them the reservation number in my calendar. That worked, but. they should know that not everyone will have the app.

Would be helpful to ensure the luggage is locked properly. It did not seem like it was very secure. Also, the storage was one floor below with very steep steps and no elevator. This was very inconvenient for heavy luggage bags. Okay for smaller backpacks etc.

Was hesitant because someone just walks up to you with no kind of confirmation and says I’m here for your bags but gentlemen was understanding and called the studio manager who then gave me confirmation. They went out of the way to assure me everything was perfectly fine. The next day I was even able to swap out the bags for my luggage while I finished last little shopping trip. I 100% recommend.

The experience was good, the place is close to Port Authority and it is comfortable. The guys were super nice, they have a back room where they store the bags. The only little problem was that there were no tags on the bags and we took our bags ourselves, which means that it exists a possibility of getting the wrong bag.

Loved the service, easy and affordable. This location was very close to our tour starting point. Reservation, drop off and pickup was a breeze and we got some souvenirs too. Will definitely use again if needed.
