This should be your go-to spot for holding bags and luggage when traveling in/out of New York via rail. A short two blocks from Moynihan Train Hall/Penn Station. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was helped right away by multiple folks at both pick-up and drop-off. They took great care and security with my luggage. The storage was very secure and I felt in great hands when dropping off my luggage. They also offer baggage customers a discount off of everything in the store. I would absolutely recommend this location for baggage!

Hi, when we have found the site in Google maps there was an address at 30th street, we went there and only to find out we need to download the app.. in order to locate the nearest place. We ended up putting the suitcases at the Ups store which was great for us.

Great service and helpful staff. I was there only about 2 minutes, both at drop off and pick up. Bags were in a secure room downstairs. Close to Penn Station, so perfect for me, as I was getting a late train and didn’t want to drag my suitcase around all day. Thanks guys.
