Very efficient system operated by friendly staff. Safe and secure. Take a break and have a drink at the bar while you're at it. Will definitely use via Roberto Lepetit again!

Excellent location, only 2-minute walk from Milan Centrale. The whole process is smooth and fast. The service can be improved by issuing a receipt to the customers for identification purposes when collecting their luggages.

Charged daily rate which was more economical when leaving for longer. Storage was in a secure room. Staff were helpful and swift process. Place does get quite busy often having to wait in queue. Location is just minutes from central station and airport bus stop so super convenient.

It was easy and friendly, luggage in order!

Easy reservation, near the Milano Centrale, basically like a luggage storage room in a hotel. Lack of staff, I had to search for my luggage on my own, buried by another luggage. The staff had to go back and forth between the storage and reception.

Very friendly and helpful service. Everything went very smoothly.

Close to the train station, found it easy with Google Maps and stored 3 small cases there for a few hours to make it easy to get around Milan. No problems with the booking.

Really convenient. So close to central station. Worked out really well as the line at the luggage drop off at the station was huge. The lads were super, so friendly, and it was really secure. A downstairs section for staff only. Highly recommend.

The location is very close to the Milan Metro station. We didn't have to wait or wait in line for our luggage, which was in perfect condition upon collection. The person who helped us took care of carrying our bags to the storage area.

Bags were stored and that’s all I really expect, but they tacked on extra cost bc they said all bags are the same price even though the booking had different prices for different sized bags.

Luggage storage is hassle-free. Although, due to the heavy traffic in the parking lot and only one attendant, you have to wait a very long time to collect your luggage. I missed my train because of this and almost missed my plane 🫣🫣. But my luggage is safe, and that's the most important thing 🙂

It was great. I used the chat with the person in charge because I had a question, and they were really great. I'll use them again if I come to Milan again.

Everything is very quick and easy. The only one who knows the ropes is the blond guy at the bar. The others aren't very familiar with luggage.

Great location and friendly staff

Quick and efficient. It is at a bar so it can take a bit of time to get helped depending on how busy they are. Bags are stored around the corner which concerned me a bit because it wasn’t in a locked room. Though I didn’t have any issues and was able to retrieve my bag quite easily.

Very convenient location just outside the Centrale Station of Milan. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the whole procedure is super easy and fast! We def recommend it and whenever we visit again we will choose this same place which convinetly enough is a very good cafe with good coffee and food!! Super experience!! And to add because i see weird negative reviews... When you make the reservation online you are asked exactly how many bags (and size) and time of drop off and pick up, so if you read what you book, unlike many people as i see it, you ll be totally great!
