- I used the machine inside the hotel, and the guy was very helpful. You take a picture of your backpack so they can verify you get the correct one back. A good idea for added security. The price was reasonable. It's a 3-minute walk from the train station and the bus stop for Bergamo Airport.

- It was my first time using this service. The staff were friendly and helpful! When you leave your luggage, you take a photo of it. When you collect it, you go to the back room with the staff and pick it up yourself. It was stored in a neat room, so I felt safe. I recommend it!

- Seamless check-in and check-out. If you’re looking for a reasonably-priced luggage storage conveniently located across from Milano Centrale, this is it. Our family left 7 suitcases with them (in the Auto Silo office, just down the ramp) for the day and happy we did so for a day trip to Lugano.
