You could book and pay quickly online, and drop off your luggage on site was smooth. There was an option to eat breakfast on site, which cost 8.90, and coffee was free.

This is the first time I used Bounce. The drop off process was very easy. I just showed the QR code, and took the picture of the bags. I was surprised that the storage facility does not tag or apply any label to indicate who the owner is, and relies on the person picking the bags to. identify which bags are his. There are so many bags in the storage and many of them looks the same.

We found the partner store very easily!! Fast delivery..you make the reservation online, you pay and you get a QRcode. The store is next to the metro in milano centrale. We left our suitcase from morning until afternoon at 19.00 and enjoyed the day in peace!! Tip1. Always check the opening and closing times of each partner store, to match the delivery and collection times. Tip2. Always screenshot the QRcode because it is lost later and is necessary for delivery.

The app was easy to use and the place had a visible sign out front which helped is identify the store. Drop off and pick up simple, just show QR code and bags were safely stored. Store owner spoke English which was helpful too.

Amazing he was so sweet and this was very easy!

The location is a lovely little coffee shop, down a side street, across the road from the central station so very convenient. The man just scanned the QR code, labeled the bags and off we went for the day. I didn't see where the luggage was stored. When we went to collect the bags they were ready by the door (a collection time is given at booking) and the QR code was scanned again to verify I was the right person to be collecting them. A really good, convenient service, would definitely use again.

It wasn’t hard to find the location, maybe about 6-7 minutes walk from the Centralstation, it’s a grocery shop, get to buy water too.
