Discover Bayside Mall luggage storage

Worked out great. I was a little hesitant to use the app because I’ve never done it before, but I really didn’t wanna drag my bags around. Location was easy to get to and easy to be picked up from via Uber. There is signage for this exact service right as soon as you got to the hotel, it’s helped verify it was all legit. Couldn’t have been easier

Very easy experience! This service helped a lot when we left the cruise port and has many hours to kill before going to the airport!

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was in a great spot and it was easy to get around the neighborhood until it was time to get to the airport.

I wish I did this long time ago. I travel to Miami 2-3 a year and we always have a q Sproblem to find an reliable place to store our extra bags and luggage before we off to the cruise. Bounce helped us to find the place and the stuff very helpful and super easy to check in and pick up our bags. Definitely come back.

Friendly staff, quick and easy!

Excellent service

Very easy Drop-off and pick-up process.

4 adults, two kids and 11 bags. Made the reservation, dropped everything off. Explored the city then picked everything up and proceeded to the airport. Such a simple concept that allowed us to maximize our travel day. 5 out of 5 stars....will "Bounce" again!

Very easy an secure

Drop off and pick up were easy peasy. Location not updating Bounce to show we picked up our bags stressful.

Great service. Very friendly

Price was great! Location is just two blocks from Bayside. Very easy walk! Staff was very helpful!

Drop off and PU were easy. We got there a little early prepared to wait until they opened but they were already open. That was nice! I was a little worried our stuff would smell like the smoke shop, but it didn’t at all! Great option for luggage storage and just 2 blocks from Bayside. Easy walk!

The explanation and communication with the staff were very easy. The luggage delivery and collection were very quick.

It’s a little jarring leaving your luggage inside a restaurant but they were very certious

What a great option when your getting off the cruise ship but have a later flight. Easy to use, store was easy to get to and conveniently located.

Easy drop off and pickup.
