The service once we had located the site was good. Due to building construction next door - it was difficult to find the location as it was not clear that it was Flora Indian Restaurant tht was the Bounce location.

To be honest, my journey with bounce was I misread the "storage area and locker" wrong and have had issues with stolen belongings. I have PTSD and BPD and sent a really aggressive email to bounce abusive almost. Instead of being attacked I was taken into account for my side, explained and treated with a kindness you don't see often in Australia. I cancelled my booking and collected my bags out of hast not because of the establishment and to my disbelief I received an email to acknowledge a refund for the day's I cancelled. I'm speechless to the situation as it doesn't happen in Australia but it did here. I give this company a two thumbs up for the traditional Australian way. 9/10 stars for going above and beyond to assist a MH client and 11/10 for the entirety of their service. I sound dramatic but I'm on the DSP for BPD PTSD and depression and to be honest, no one treats you in my situation like this company did. Definitely a new wave of Australia and an old heart of genuine old dinky di service. It was a pleasure to be a client of Bounce and I'll definitely be back if needed and refer anyone their way. To think how Australia has changed, this company puts the love back into the system. Kudos
