  • Staff was somewhat helpful. We did get an up charge for one of our backpacks, even though it was the same size as the rest. The luggage was safe, tho, which is the most important part of the transaction. It worked well for us to drop our bags prior to the colosseum tour.

  • Everything was pretty quick. There was a line for lunch and it was busy when we arrived which complicated things for us and for the staff. The storage is down in the basement so note that you may need to carry your bags up and down the stairs and through a cafe. Overall, everything was pretty good.
