It worked perfectly. They were also very accommodating since we had to open our suitcase before leaving.

I like it because it's close. I used it because I had a long time left in Rome on my last itinerary, and being close is the best part.

Very easy, right next to Roma Termini train station. The owner was spot on with his details signing the bag in, so it was straight forward at the end of the day to collect with no issues.

Extremely efficient and great service. It meant we were free to enjoy our day in Rome without bags which would have been tricky with the crowds.

Excellent experience. I had no problems with the reception and delivery of my luggage. When you drop off your bags, they take a photo of them, register all the bags you booked, and give you tickets with codes for baggage claim (you also have to show the code from the app). Very friendly and good service.

At first it looked a bit dodgy and we weren't sure due to seeing certain things online, but I've learnt now to not always believe social media. We were completely taken back at how professional and friendly they were. They were very affordable and let us return when ever we wanted to grab a few things from our luggage. We judged too early and we shouldn't of because our luggage was very safe with them. Highly recommend if you want to leave your luggage while waiting for a train or hotel check in.
