Used this shop twice when visiting Rome. Very convenient for Rome Termini, airport shuttle buses and hop on hop off buses. Highly recommend.

The location is very central, access is very quick, and they have the attitude to serve in the best way, starting with the language, ensuring it is not a barrier.

I made the booking when I arrived at the shop. The process was fast and easy through the app. Staff was very kind. They storage my luggage at a room inside the shop. They gave it back to me once I said my name and scanned my qr code.

I was nervous to leave my luggage in a random location, but I would 100% recommend this place. They store your bags in a secure room and the service was quick and easy. This place was the perfect location as it was right across the street from the train station.
