Great central location to drop off luggage. Secure and professional. Take photos of luggage ID they provide. Booked the site on the app first then they give you the location. Somewhat near the Trevi Fountain. Just take your time with the street crossings in the area. No need to rush.

I dropped off my things and picked them up just as they were. I waited to see, and they kept them in a locked room. I didn't leave anything of value, but everything was fine when I picked them up. To drop them off and pick them up, they ask for your QR code along with the ticket they give you. It's a good option to avoid carrying your luggage on the last day of your trip if your flight is later than your hotel check-out time.

It seems more convenient than searching on Google Maps because it shows a wider variety of stores.

We needed a place to safely store our luggage after arriving in Rome. Bounce Luggage Storage turned out to be an excellent choice. We needed to quickly store our luggage so we could get to a tour we had scheduled and then retrieve the luggage after our tour was completed. Bounce proved to be the pefect solution. They were conveniently located by the Rome Termini Train station and also by the Subway and they checked our luggage in quickly and then checked us out quickly when we returned to pick up our luggage.

The storage was easily accessed from the train station on our arrival and the process of checking in the bag was straightforward and timely (I had ordered the storage and paid online).6 I forgot to leave something in my bag (to avoid carrying) and the gentlemen was kind when I asked him to retrieve my bag again.
