Seamless, booked my check in and out times on the app.,Dropped off my bag showing the QR code generated through booking, they took a photo of my bag and tagged it. Easy. They sent a reminder when pick up time was approaching , ( very handy) I showed my code again and got my bag. Very good service and great to have the freedom of "hands free" exploration of the city.
