We had peace of mind in Rome with our luggage safe and sound for a reasonable price. The staff at the store were very friendly.

I was able to leave my luggage at the souvenir shop for cheaper than the unmanned lockers!

The entrance was a little hard to find, but once inside, the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I dropped off my things and picked them up just as they were. I waited to see, and they kept them in a locked room. I didn't leave anything of value, but everything was fine when I picked them up. To drop them off and pick them up, they ask for your QR code along with the ticket they give you. It's a good option to avoid carrying your luggage on the last day of your trip if your flight is later than your hotel check-out time.

It seems more convenient than searching on Google Maps because it shows a wider variety of stores.

Very good. We dropped off our suitcase without any problems. We received a short message half an hour before the rental expiration date. And we picked up our suitcase without any problems.

Really good experience - very easy to drop off and pickup. Only thing is the shop hours needs to be updated. They close at 8:30pm on Saturday and Sunday - luckily we made it back in time to pickup the luggage.

Its manager/owner gave us a lot of confidence and his business is very well located and safe.

Directions were easy to follow and staff was friendly and fast. Quick walk from the Via Marsala exit of Roma Termini with minimally crowded sidewalks. Only downside was there are 4-5 steps to get to the elevator from the ground entrance. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

24-hour service, very close to Termini Station. Recommended.

It was great and fast but man the location, while in itself amazing, its on a 3rd floor to which u get with a small elevator, might need 2 trips with the elevator for more baggage.
