Luggage storage Via Magenta

I left 2 pieces of luggage for ten days and I was bit concerned initially because of the long duration. But, there was no problem locating the luggage in storage when I returned for the pick up. The location is a couple of minutes from the Rome train station and ideal if you are traveling by train.

It was a great help that it was so close to the station. The floor directions were clearly posted on the lower floors, so I was able to go there with peace of mind.

Apart from accessing the checkin location with multiple large bags, the service was well staffed and efficient.

The hotel is not too far from the train station. The staff was friendly and efficient and it was easy to retrieve the luggage.

The experience with the hotel was very smooth and easy. The experience with the app was miserable. This app is ignoble and I don't think that graduated engineers are working there.

They explained everything, let us use the restroom, filled us with water, and it was easy to check in and return our luggage.

I was able to store my luggage at a reasonable price, and I felt at ease knowing the hotel is located just a 1-2 minute walk from Termini Station. The process of dropping off and picking up my luggage was also quick and accurate without any difficulties. I highly recommend this place if you need luggage storage before heading to the airport.
