Staff amazing

First time using Bounce. Had 14 pieces of luggage, from large roller bags to backpacks. Instead of having us bring all of them up to check in on 3rd floor, they stored them in a locked room on 1 st floor. The reservation was easy to do on the app, QR code for drop off/pick up. I was even able to extend my time for pickup on the app.

Very close to Termini. Great service but customers should know the bags were not stored behind a locked door, just in a back room. However it is on the third floor of a hotel building and staff were always present so it felt secure.

Absolutely the best, loved that I was able to book last minute and luggage was accessible 24/7 and clear signage directing you to the third floor to access the hotel. Friendly late night/early morning staff & they have a toilet that you can use if you ask. My first time using Bounce, and thanks to this location, will continue to use it when I need to!
