Luggage storage Roma Termini Via Gaeta

Excellent service

Great location and staff

The receptionists were very friendly. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I had no battery on my phone but the gentleman that was at the desk at the time was super helpful and understanding, we got our bags in no time. 10/10 best place to keep your luggage and the staff is amazing, if in Rome use them to keep your things safe.

They even took photos of the items to be stored, so I used the service with peace of mind. It is clean.

Easy location to store luggage near Roma Termini, friendly service from reception

The service is warm and attentive, making it a convenient choice.

I felt very good about leaving my 2 bags at the hotel. The gentleman was very courteous and helpful.

The luggage drop-off process was simple and secure.

Super easy. Staff was courteous. Will definitely do this again.

It is a 6-8 minute walk from Termini’s A B lines metro station if you take the exit at the bus depot. The check in and out process was very smooth with friendly staff at the desk.

Everything was easy, secure, , people were polite. High grade

Convenient drop-off point! Friendly welcome and secure storage! Perfect for traveling light!

Easy drop off and pickup - good walk to teimi

It’s at a lovely hotel. So they know how to store baggage . Also open many hours. And near termini station, but not so near that the area is congested with other travellers and those who may be watching.

Speedy and professional. Great service 👍🏻

Good easy booking

It was so easy to use, I had booked prior to arrival. So the person at reception only scanned my QR code, took some photos of the luggage we were dropping off and then told me the number I needed for picking up and that was it. I was in and out within a couple of minutes. I would definitely recommend this location as I found really nice and safe.

You were so kind to hold my luggage, provide a place to rest, and even call a taxi to the airport for me!

Dropoff and pickup were easy and fast, they even helped me call a cab to get to the airport after.

Excellent, I booked at this luggage storage facility for both my outbound and return journeys. The staff were very pleasant and responsive, no waiting, perfect!

Very good. Warm welcome.

Super easy and practical at Windrose. Very close to the railway station, 5 min walk. Actually put my stuff away and they are not visible. Was worried that someone might get the stuff but they put a tag and kept it super safe. Great value for the money. Nothing got stolen.

Good communication and very friendly staff.

Seamless and easy to book, with our belongings kept safe and secure throughout the day. Bounce offered excellent value for money, and we’d happily use the service again.

We received good and fast service.

Staff was very friendly. Drop off and pick up easy. The hotel the luggage storage is nice. It's not as close to termini station as other locations but it is fine to go to in the daylight.

Great experience! The whole process was very simple and easy from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt our luggage was safe the entire time. Everything was quick, convenient, and hassle-free. Very satisfied and would definitely use this service again!

Excellent experience. Beautiful hotel. Safe feeing area 5 min walk from Roma termini. I highly recommend this location.

The place seems really safe. I think this is a hotel. I saw they storing my luggages in a room behind the desk and I was confident they was going to keep my luggage safe. Overall it was a good experience!
