The only improvement that could be made is to allow people to write their names on the bags, for even more peace of mind; but regardless, when they drop them off, the staff takes photos of the bags so they can be identified.

Via OstiliaGoogle Maps - Easy to find locations in Rome and Florence... we were in the city center so there was a decent choice as the app showed each location in relation to where we were staying. We were told no reservation needed in Rome (by the establishment) but we did make one in Florence and I am glad we did. The drop off/pick up was seamless. (we paid at the location in Rome upon pick up and through the app for Florence where our reservation was known upon arrival to the establishment) Good for the establishments also as purchases were made at each location! Traveling from the US and staying in VRBO's plus not speaking Italian made this process a little nerve wracking at the very beginning but proved to be a great experience in both locations.
