  • Great! They speak Chinese, and storing and retrieving your bags is easy; they just put them in the small storage room next door. To get to the Colosseum metro station, you'll need to carry your luggage up and down stairs. After storing your bags, the Church of St. Peter in Chains is right next door; don't miss Michelangelo's Moses statue!

  • Staff was somewhat helpful. We did get an up charge for one of our backpacks, even though it was the same size as the rest. The luggage was safe, tho, which is the most important part of the transaction. It worked well for us to drop our bags prior to the colosseum tour.

  • Easy to find locations in Rome and Florence... we were in the city center so there was a decent choice as the app showed each location in relation to where we were staying. We were told no reservation needed in Rome (by the establishment) but we did make one in Florence and I am glad we did. The drop off/pick up was seamless. (we paid at the location in Rome upon pick up and through the app for Florence where our reservation was known upon arrival to the establishment) Good for the establishments also as purchases were made at each location! Traveling from the US and staying in VRBO's plus not speaking Italian made this process a little nerve wracking at the very beginning but proved to be a great experience in both locations.
