Super easy. My wife and I used this location on our honeymoon to see the Colosseum after arriving at the train station. I would use this place again next time I’m in Rome.

Easy to find locations in Rome and Florence... we were in the city center so there was a decent choice as the app showed each location in relation to where we were staying. We were told no reservation needed in Rome (by the establishment) but we did make one in Florence and I am glad we did. The drop off/pick up was seamless. (we paid at the location in Rome upon pick up and through the app for Florence where our reservation was known upon arrival to the establishment) Good for the establishments also as purchases were made at each location! Traveling from the US and staying in VRBO's plus not speaking Italian made this process a little nerve wracking at the very beginning but proved to be a great experience in both locations.

I recommend it. Everything went smoothly and without any problems. The gentlemen at the store were very nice and helpful.

Highly recommended, it solved our first day of the trip, we left our suitcases very early and picked them up before check-in.

Staff members were kind and nicely handled our baggage even though they were super heavy. And also where they kept the baggages were safe because it was inside of the hidden room , so visible to clerks though it was unseen at the sight.

The place is conveniently located. I booked my ticket to the Coliseum and when my plane got delayed I had no option but to go straight from the airport instead of dropping my luggage at the hotel. Fortunately I found this place near by and left my luggage secured. The distance from the Coliseum is about five minutes away.

Courtesy and speed. Definitely superior to other storage services I've used in Rome.
