The process was very quick and very kind.

This was super easy & convenient! It was also easy to add bags as we hadn’t accounted for backpacks in our original booking.

Very convenient and well-managed luggage storage, with friendly and helpful staff. The experience with the service was positive. Unfortunately, the taxi ordered for me through the facility caused a payment issue: I received a receipt for €40, but my card was charged €80. I don't necessarily attribute direct responsibility to the facility, but I'm reporting the incident because greater care would be needed when selecting taxis recommended to customers.

Great little place to leave our luggage on our final day. Super close to the Colosseum so we could spend our last day exploring before heading off to the airport. Staff were friendly and the process was simple.

The location is very convenient half a block away from the Colosseum and the prices are reasonable, I made a mistake and overfill my locker to the point where it was almost impossible to open it, so I had to call the service line to request help and it took them about 35 minutes to arrive, but at the end they were able to help me and fix my problem. I give five stars for the excellent customer support.

Bounce Luggage Storage in Rome was a great experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful — they even offered to call a cab for me and provided useful information about cab fares. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re visiting the Colosseum where bags aren’t allowed. Highly recommend for an easy, hassle-free option!
