Left a suitcase in Rome for 3 weeks as I was joining a tour & wouldn't need the clothing, purchases I had made. Very convenient location opposite the Main train Station in Rome. Very easy to locate, the Bounce App was easy to use to book the luggage space & incredibly easy to pickup on my return.

The place on the 3rd floor but can be reached easily by a lift. Very convenient.

Excellent service, but only the first time I used it. The young man who works the night shift speaks a little Spanish and explains how the service works and where to store your belongings if you visit the place beforehand. The first time I checked in early the next morning, they let me bring in one large backpack, like a carry-on, and two slightly smaller backpacks. The receptionist, a gray-haired immigrant who wasn't from Europe, let me in, and I don't think he was strict about the sizes. The second time, in the morning, there was a different receptionist, and he would only let me check in if I changed my baggage allowance to three carry-on bags. One receptionist was flexible, and the other strict, hence my review. The place is safe since it's not on the first floor; you'll see the location information after you pay.
