Excellent service. Please note that there are no lockers. It's a room where the hotel staff stores your belongings with a number, and that's it. It's very convenient.

The location was so perfect,it was on a really convenient spot. The staff was nice, the luggage war for sure secured.

The staff was amazing. They let us use there bathroom, we were 15 minutes early for our taxi so they let us sit in there waiting room because it was so hot outside and then they helped put our luggage in the taxi.

Super convenient being so close to the train station. Also appreciated having an attendant there - they were pleasant, no hassle, and they don’t scrutinize the size of your luggage. Really appreciated this service.

A beautiful place, super close to the Vatican—you can easily walk there—very clean, with an incredible view. I'm in love with the place, the service, and the amenities.

I haven't used a lot of Bounce locations but this is by far the best I have been to. It is open 24 hrs and staffed with a friendly person who takes care of you as soon as you enter the door. Some bounce locations are in restaurants or stores where you show up and have to wait for an employee to help you. Highly recommend this place.

The luggage storage is right next to the train station and easily accessible. We were able to leave our suitcases there with complete peace of mind. There's even a clean toilet that you can use free of charge.
