It is very convenient. It is right next to Piazza Duomo.

Easy to find. Was midday so staff were outside and immediately met us to take our luggage. Pickup was fast and smooth.

Excellent and straightforward luggage storage. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You simply take the elevator to the first floor, where the QR code is scanned and each piece of luggage receives its own number. Pickup was also super quick and easy. The central location directly in a hotel is also very convenient. Overall, a very simple and pleasant service – we would definitely use it again!

Location close to the metro station, central and safe…

Excellent! It's located in a hotel called Innmilan, very close to the San Babilia metro station and right next to the Duomo. The receptionist was lovely. Ideal for leaving your luggage and exploring the city center if your flight departs from Linote.

Easy to find as signposted above the door and following the directions made it easy once in the building. The lifts are quite small but there are 2 available, so easy to drop off and pick up so we could explore without bags once checked out of our accommodation.

Simple and professional... highly recommended.

The place is a bit hidden, but thanks to that there are few tourists around and you can safely leave your luggage and plan your next route.

Great central location, helpful staff.

Optimum location, directly at the No 15 Duomo tram station. Friendly staff, but my quite small backpack (size of a shopping bag) was regarded as regular size, so I had to extend my booking. Got a refund from bounce for the small bag originally booked though, so no loss. The only (very minor) downside is that they didn’t check me out automatically when picking up the luggage.

very friendly and quick service

The man behind the counter was busy on his mobile. He didn't bother to let us know he saw us. He finished what he was doing and took our suitcases. Dropping off and picking up went fine. But I didn't feel the friendliness I had read about this location earlier.
