Good service; the bags were collected exactly as they were dropped off. The location isn't easy to find, but the service is quite efficient. Prices add up rather quickly with the "security" fees.

Super easy drop off, you show the QR code for them to scan and check you in. They will then attach a number tag to each item and give you a corresponding tag to take with you. When you’re ready to pick up you’ll just need to give them the tags and they will scan the QR code to check you out.

Location close to the metro station, central and safe…

Excellent! It's located in a hotel called Innmilan, very close to the San Babilia metro station and right next to the Duomo. The receptionist was lovely. Ideal for leaving your luggage and exploring the city center if your flight departs from Linote.

Easy to find as signposted above the door and following the directions made it easy once in the building. The lifts are quite small but there are 2 available, so easy to drop off and pick up so we could explore without bags once checked out of our accommodation.

Pretty good. They didn’t check us out properly so I’ve been receiving emails from Bounce every 10 minutes despite us collecting our luggage almost 4 hours ago.

The man behind the counter was busy on his mobile. He didn't bother to let us know he saw us. He finished what he was doing and took our suitcases. Dropping off and picking up went fine. But I didn't feel the friendliness I had read about this location earlier.

Everything went perfectly

The location is very convenient. Just give your bag to one of the shop employees. In my case everything worked well, but my city-backpack was not accepted as a small bag - my reservation was somehow silently transformed into one for regular bags. It is only 1 euro more - no big deal, but there was no communication whatsoever. Just a grumpy employee telling me that my bag is not a small one. He showed me a very similar other backpack and turned to the next customer. Some guidance about bag sizes or at least a explanation would be nice!

The storefront doesn't look like a locker and doesn't really indicate the presence of one. The woman who greeted us was friendly and efficient. We hadn't booked in advance, and there were no problems. I left a backpack, and the price was €5.
