It’s a small cafe and tobacco shop, very close to the Porta Garibaldi train station. Staff was very responsive. It was easy to drop off and pick up our bags, even though we had 8 of them.

The place was actually relatively easy to find. You just have to know that it's in a parking garage. People here don't really speak English, which is why some people write in the reviews that they are rude. But they're actually really nice :) Everything worked well and it's not far from Garibaldi train station. I just had to wait a little longer each time until someone came, hence the deduction of one star.

In a safe location at a busy parking garage. The gentleman was courteous and stored our bags in their office area under a set of stairs. Received a claim tag. Bags were as we left them and a quick pick up. Grazie!

It is in a parking lot and is not easy to find. They are very friendly and have organized the reception and dispatch of luggage.

Difficult place to find because there is no sign outside the parking lot. So you have to go into the parking lot. Otherwise, the staff is really nice and helpful!
