Friendly staff! Easy check-in and check-out process. About a 2-3 minute walk from Milano Centrale. All you do is reserve your spot, present the QR code, take a photo of your luggage and they’ll have you drop off your bag. Afterwards when you’re ready to check-out you come back, show your QR-Code and they’ll ask you to show that photo you took of your luggage and help you retrieve it! And that’s it! Book in advance because they do run out of storage space the later it gets in the day. Would totally rent from the again! ❤️

Since all you have to do is show the QR code, dropping off and picking up your items was very easy.

After we got off the airport bus from Bergamo, it took us some time to find the place because it is located on the opposite side of the central station. Just walk through the station, and you’ll see it directly in front of you on the other side.”

Good location just 2 min walk from front of main station. Bit worried that bags were just left in the coffee shop and not locked away or put out of sight but all good.

The luggage storage is actually located in a small café very close to the train station and therefore easily accessible on foot. The owner stays with the luggage to keep an eye on it. Quick drop-off and pick-up.

The location is a lovely little coffee shop, down a side street, across the road from the central station so very convenient. The man just scanned the QR code, labeled the bags and off we went for the day. I didn't see where the luggage was stored. When we went to collect the bags they were ready by the door (a collection time is given at booking) and the QR code was scanned again to verify I was the right person to be collecting them. A really good, convenient service, would definitely use again.

It wasn’t hard to find the location, maybe about 6-7 minutes walk from the Centralstation, it’s a grocery shop, get to buy water too.
