Luggage storage Brera - Montenapoleone Station

The PGS location isn't the same as Biffino's; it's on the next street. Otherwise, everything is in order and safe.

First time I used the service and very simple. Guided through by attentive staff who advised taking a photo of bags being stored for identification. Quick and accurate service when collected.

Fast, reliable service and very friendly staff. The storage is located in the 'Biffino" restaurant. We didn't have the booking and the staff gave us the website/QR code so we could book it online. They were very helpful and friendly. They took the bags from us and brought it back when we returned. You have to have the QR code and the photo of bags when you return to collect the bags which ensures that the bags are not given to a stranger. We recommend this place. Grazie!

Everything was fine, the service was very friendly, the coffee was delicious, and our bags were waiting for us safely. And the location is quite close to the metro and attractions :-)

No far from Doumo , easy to find. Great to leave the bags and enjoy the last day before heading to airport. Staff it’s helpful and we also had a nice coffee and cake .

They were super friendly and accommodating! We liked that they requested we take photos with our luggage so we could easily pick them up and they would be secure!!

Friendly bar staff, very quick luggage pick-up and drop-off. It was the luggage storage I needed, and I'll use it again if I'm in the area again.

It wasn't the place I expected to leave my luggage, but the service was good and the staff very friendly.

Storage was handled w/o issues but we has to wait a bit. Team could be more friedlich.

Safe, but not cheap - for two suitcases for a few hours for 16e is a bit excessive...

Overall a good experience and very convenient. We attempted to drop off a small carry on and back pack but the person at the cafe wanted us to pay extra for the small back packs. So we consolidated items from our back pack to our carry on bags and took our backpacks with us which was an inconvenience. I thought we were storing them in lockers so I was confused until I realized the luggage was staying at the cafe. It would have been nice if the person working there would have helped us out as we were paying for a large suitcase which would have been larger than the carry-on and backpack combined. But overall, still a good experience.

The toilet is incredibly dirty

The bar was easy to find; we left our backpacks and retrieved them easily. Someone takes them and stores them; they're not lockers.
