  • Easy pick up, good central location. You need to go to the third floor via a lift to reach the hotel, but the staff were friendly. Suitcases were placed in a separate room, but the staff just let you in to collect the suitcase, so if you're not careful, it can be taken by someone else.

  • The store manager gave us a very warm welcome. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Luggage is stored securely, so you can leave your bags there with complete peace of mind. In addition, the shop has a lovely selection of linens – perfect for a last-minute souvenir.

  • Great spot, close to my Airbnb. Check in and check out of my bags was smooth and the staff were very nice. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and need to leave your bags for a bit. The cafe is also a great spot to sit for a light snack and coffee.

  • We had some problem with our initial booking but after making a bounce account we were able to contact the bookings and amend the problem. It was easy enough to find. The storage was secure. On pick up we had problems with the QR code because we didn’t have wifi to prove our booking. The people there were fantastic and identified our booking regardless.
