The suitcases and backpacks are in plain sight inside the store accessible to everyone. They should be at least in a closed room!

No digital check-in, wrote name and phone on paper. Bags left in open area of restaurant with access by patrons.

Friendly staff, open 24/7, used for Oktoberfest! They let me and my friends use the bathroom to get ready, it was a huge help!

The bags could be more secure, with verification that correct bags are being taken

Backpacks are not locked and anyone can go to the place where they are. In fact, when I went to get them, there was no one at reception, as I was in a hurry or I would miss the train. I simply went in and took my things. When I was about to leave, someone from reception appeared. I didn't check all my things but apparently nothing was missing.

keep the bags a little more organized like in the corner of the store

Super helpful front desk! We used this in Oktoberfest and the staff was very friendly. Easy to change in the bathroom and the stuff is in a large locked room. Cafe is right next door so location is convenient!

Got baggage checked out 2h prior collection, for no reason, no tags given for the bags, other customers same day had bags tagged. Many clients in and out, the place looks like a confusing mess. Wouldn't use again.
