Somewhat hard to find

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the staff were excellent. The store is located in a residential building; I had to call to find the exact location, but the store owner was incredibly kind and helpful.

This is my first time using bounce and I would definitely recommend this exact location for luggage storage if any of my friends is traveling to Honolulu! The store staff is super friendly and kind; and the store opens until a late hour as well; the store front has two large loading zone that you can temporarily park your car for 20 mins. Super convenient, I would give a 110 out of 100 rating if I could!
