Very easy, welcoming and friendly people meeting us and keeping our stuff. Just it is nıt easy to find the entry..please add somewhere a photo of the door :))

its the BNB door. just call their number and theyll let you up. you have to climb up 3 switch backs on the stairs but the employees are so nice and helpful.

The owner of the B&B was extremely nice. The bags were safe as there was a camera to watch them.

Its manage by B&B Lorenzo De' Medici, once u reach find this name & ring the doorbell for them to open the door for you, and you need to climb the stairs up abit, overall its very safe and good service

Great storage option in central location, just an easy 5mins walk from the train station. The team was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit hard to find as it is managed by a B&B and there’s no Bounce signage on the door. Overall would recommend.

It's hard to find, but once you locate it, the process is simple, and they're well protected. There's also a restroom.

The staff member who checked in my luggage seemed unfamiliar with the process, and I was anxious because check-in didn't complete even after a while. When I went to pick up my luggage, the host was there and very friendly. However, I wish there was more to improve, such as the lack of a QR code verification process. However, the host was very nice, and he even helped me bring my luggage to the front door, which was very helpful.

Perfect location: close to Medicee chapel, 10 min walking from the railway station!

Although we were staying at a different location, this bounce was close to home. Be aware that there are two flights of stairs to climb. Aside from that, everything went smoothly with an online reservation made the morning of the day. Upon our return, toilets and fresh water were available. I recommend it if you don't have a large suitcase to carry up!

Not easy to find, and three flights of stairs with no elevator. This can be inconvenient depending on the number of suitcases you need stored. However, the staff were welcoming. You pay once based on the number of suitcases (not a specific duration) and you can pick them up whenever you want during the day, independently if needed. Everything went smoothly.

Good place - it was on the third floor, so if you have heavy luggage be aware of that. Otherwise nice and convenient
