I did the same as you and read the reviews of where to store my luggage while exploring Boston for the day. STOP reading; these guys were amazing. SOOOOO friendly, even came out to help me carry my bags up their front steps. Their retail store is adorable and I felt great leaving my bags with them, especially knowing it was an addtl source of revenue for an adorable local business.

Easy to store luggage~

I was rushed to leave my luggage at the store due to the train. I thought it was close to impossible because it was Thanksgiving, but I was able to leave my luggage here with the help of the support team from bounce app. They were so kind to welcome me and I was able to find my luggage very quickly and comfortably when I got it back. Thank you so much.

First time I've used this service, and it was super easy, app didn't pester me with a bunch of nonsense, and the store that held our luggage knew the drill and were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Had no idea what to expect but would use again if I wanted to be free from carrying luggage around on trip.

Great spot near the Back Bay Logan Express bus stop by the Prudential Building (3min walk). Super smooth process. The son of the owner was there at drop-off and an employee of the pottery shop helped me with the checkout. Both very friendly! Not that it matters it terms of luggage storage, but the pottery shop is super cute!.
