This was our first time using a luggage storage service. To be honest, the whole thing seemed a little dodgy given that you had to check in at a local snack shop and then the luggage was stored around the corner in like a lean-to shed from an adjacent trinket shop. All was fine in the end, but my 21 year old daughter was nervous and decided to keep her roller bag with her while we looked around the area. We were a family of 4 on our way to Thailand with a layover and she was just very nervous. However, the place is obviously legit!

Great service! Always fast

Was needing a short holding place before checking into my hotel. The worker was incredibly caring and cautious towards our stuff. Everything was stored in a place that staff could keep an eye on easily. Location was easy to find and convenient if you have the time to just explore downtown LA and walk around aimlessly.

Although the pickup was a little late, they were very kind and made my trip a wonderful one. Thank you. If I need to leave my luggage in the Santa Monica area again, I'd like to use your service again.

The staff was very friendly, the service was very fast both on the way there and on the way back. On Saturdays it is open until 12 at night, which was very convenient for our flight that arrived late. Very close to the airport

Easy and practical

I was worried because I couldn't speak English well, but the staff was very kind. They were happy to help me even though I had a lot of luggage, two suitcases and one large bag. Also, when I picked up the luggage, I showed them the photos I had taken in advance, so I felt at ease in terms of security. Thank you very much.

Everything worked perfectly. At night the area is a bit cloudy but I was able to remove a laptop without any problems. It is also a plus that the person who helps you speaks Spanish.
