  • Excellent service. The staff at the café are very friendly and helpful. The luggage drop-off and pick-up process is very simple and quick. We used the service two days, and they were so kind that on the second day we arrived a few minutes late, and they waited for us to deliver our luggage. The café is very well located in downtown Los Angeles, next to the Walt Disney Concert Hall.
