Got off of a cruise this morning and needed luggage storage immediately ! Very convenient and a swift 8 minute walk to bayside marketplace to explore around before my late PM flight! Will recommend!

Location is not obvious and street was closed. It is underneath a Marshalls dept. Store. Smoke shop is located on first floor. Once found, check in was easy.

He was friendly! Made us feel secured dropping our bags. Thank you!

Little hard to find.

Very friendly, even when I called to notify the staff that I would be arriving for pick up right at close. Thank you for being sweet and understanding when I lost track of time and showed up 1 minute before closing.

This service was so easy to use and so convenient. We had to check out of our hotel by 10am and our flights were later so this was perfect for us so we would continue to explore! The whole process was seamless!

felt comfortable leaving luggage there . They provided a key lock with numbers so you can make sure luggage was not open. I recommend dropping luggage here . Door has locked so you need to ring bell first .

Was suspicious of this device when my accommodation would not store my bags for a few hours. But the store was easy to find and the owner very friendly. It worked out well so we could enjoy Miami for a few hours without dragging our bags around.

Great experience, good location and no issues with check in or out. Much better then going to the airport hours early just because I didn't have a place to store my bag.
