Drop off was easy. Its a little hard to spot the entrance from the street, but Samuel is super responsive on the phone and can be called. When I did my booking they were open 24h, it might have changed now. Samuel made sure there was a person on site to help with my pickup at 11pm. It will be fab if they’re 24h, even if they are not, I highly recommend them

The luggage drop-off worked perfectly! Compared to checking luggage at the airport, you save a lot of money, and your suitcase is just as safe. They also offer an affordable airport pickup service. We were very satisfied!

I didn't have any major problems. It's close to the Miami airport. I stored my bags for a few hours at night to go out and explore Miami Beach. Even though I had set a pickup time of 5:00 AM, the attendant insisted I pick them up quickly because he had to sleep and would leave them somewhere where I could get there and retrieve them myself. That was the only thing I didn't like. I finally got them at the agreed-upon time. The location is a rental car. I suggest that when you pick up your bags, you order an Uber directly to the airport with a stop at the location for baggage claim, as it's a difficult area to get to at night or early in the morning. At least I didn't have any issues with Uber.

I sent 23 packages through the Bounce Packages app, and they held them for me for almost a month. I truly recommend it 100%. Excellent experience.

They do their job professionally and also helped with transportation within the city, I recommend it.

Service was great but the address on the email took me to the wrong location on the Uber so make sure to enter the shop name instead.

Excellent service, everything was fast and the girl was very friendly.

Using the app to find and book this place was easy and efficient. Staff were efficient and helpful. I was in and out in about 2 minutes max both dropping off and collecting my luggage. Area it is in is a bit sketchy but it is close to the airport and there is parking if you need it.

Nr to Miami airport. We used it as a drop off for luggage on way to Dolphin Mall prior to late flight after getting off cruise ship. Only issue was staff member on arrival couldn't speak English but we muddled through. No issues

Excellent service, a 10 minute Uber from the airport and within a 20 minute drive from the Shops at Merrick Park if you want to shop around or grab a bite. Check out Grou if you need a cafe to get some work done.
