We chose this location based on location near Lincoln road and it was pre cruise. We were able to drop our bags and hang out before our cruise. It was “ easy breezy “Osama and staff was extremely helpful. In addition while on our ship we realized that we misplaced a shopping bag. We called the store and it was there. We were able to go back and pick it up and everything was in place. Trustworthy, friendly and convenient. I highly recommend and will use them again .

Loved this spot! Feels secure and they have a little lounge area with drink and snack options and a coffee bar and restrooms!!! Clean just make sure you go to elevator 2 / floor 2 and call the number if the representative isn’t at the desk. Easy and quick and super friendly! Thanks!

Had a bad experience at a pervious location, staff acted like they did not know what they were doing, telling me I can’t send packages there and scanned my package 3 times so I paid $30 in late fees. This location was perfect, friendly staff quick and easy and in a convenient location, will continue to use this service with this location.
