Micheal was amazing and so accommodating. He helped use the restroom and he gave us the best advice for directions!! Finally my mom was ill, he helped rest In the shop and gave her seating. He has some cool keyrings and fridge magnets that I bought back to the UK. Highly recommend

Highly recommended. They make your life easier for a few days when you have a lot of luggage. The staff who received the suitcases were very kind and polite, and when I picked them up, I presented the corresponding code and they delivered them without any problem. I would use the service again and again a thousand times. Thank you very much for everything.

Fast, easy and convenient location. I had a 11 hours layover so took the bus from airport and the bus stop was 1 block away from the storage place. Very convenient!

Glad I discovered bounce. Not sure where the bags would have gone.

First time using bounce. I was a little nervous at first but we arrived to a hotel that had a locked area with someone working the counter. Very secure. Never thought of my luggage once while we explored the city. Bounce just opened up a whole new way of traveling for us. We will definitely be using them in the very near future.

It was challenging to get luggage up the side ramp and between the restaurant tables and through the waiters and the lobby. Maybe clear a direct path for accessibility.

The guy at the front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot his name) went above and beyond to help us with our luggage and Uber. This was my first Bounce experience, and it went perfectly!

Used this service to store our luggage on a Sunday - it was easy to book online, and their hours were 10-6, which made it easy to enjoy our last day after checking out from our airbnb without having to lug our stuff all day!

We chose this location based on location near Lincoln road and it was pre cruise. We were able to drop our bags and hang out before our cruise. It was “ easy breezy “Osama and staff was extremely helpful. In addition while on our ship we realized that we misplaced a shopping bag. We called the store and it was there. We were able to go back and pick it up and everything was in place. Trustworthy, friendly and convenient. I highly recommend and will use them again .
