Great service and easy to use

It's close enough to a metro stop, it's easily accessible and the staff is super nice! The only downside, which is in no way their fault, is that you have to take stairs to go down to the station, which is quite complicated with big luggage

It's very well located and easy to use! Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and show the QR code at the counter. I recommend it.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and my luggage was returned undamaged. (Remember to make a reservation beforehand and show your QR code at the karaoke bar on the 3rd floor. Don't lose your receipt. It's best to know some Japanese related to luggage storage. The storage time is 3 hours.)

Amazing place to store your luggage while you shop around the Namba area. Seems like the rate of the item placed in storage is based on supply and demand as I paid around 900yen for each luggage and now as I check it's only 750yen per piece for storage. Great if you have fixed luggage or backpacks since they charge by per piece. If you want storage for loose bags, maybe the locker will be cheaper as it is a fixed rate for the space and you can squeeze many loose items inside. It is extremely convenient as well. Just download the app, make a reservation or booking and simply bring your baggage to the location for storage. The booking can be done immediately on the spot as well if there is availability. Highly recommend.

Easy to find. Staff is very efficient . You can take a cab to the main road or arrive by metro.

The luggage store is at joysound karaoke and quite easy to find.
