So easy to leave and retrieve the luggage. Hosts were friendly. Would recommend this service to family and friends.

Great service and easy to use

It's close enough to a metro stop, it's easily accessible and the staff is super nice! The only downside, which is in no way their fault, is that you have to take stairs to go down to the station, which is quite complicated with big luggage

Easy service to use, which we found online after all the lockers at Osaka station were full. An absolute godsend!
