It was good. There are two entrances, but you have to go to the larger entrance to find the elevator.

The location is perfect — just a one-minute walk from Namba Station (near the Midosuji Line). The shop is on the basement floor, but there’s an elevator, so no worries at all! The opening hours are super convenient — even if you shop all day, it’s still open late until around 5AM in the morning.

Easy process. One entrance has a lift, the other does not, so if you find yourself at the wrong one for carrying bags, look for the other entrance to make it easier

I used it to go to the Expo. It was very convenient as it was close to Namba Station. I would have liked to have some food if I had some time.

Business manager speaking very good English, very welcoming. We were in the Namba district and had to leave there to reach Shin-Osaka. The location was perfect and the restaurant was very easy to find to leave our luggage there.

The store name is a little hard to see, but if you look high up you'll see a conspicuous sign that makes it easy to spot.

Very helpful. Not a hassle to use the app. The woman who took our luggage was fun to communicate with. ( If you're thinking about this storage, it's behind the apple store)
