Clear instructions are needed to find the hakata Station pick up point.

Only subtracted a star because the kiosk at the hakata Station was very difficult to find.

It was very busy before 1030/11am. I went shortly after and dropped my bag immediately. Took 2 mins. Thank you very efficient.

I found the paper form options for baggage transfer to be intimidating as a foreigner. As I had used hotels to assist previously. The app made service selection really easy with the options for dates and service centres was very easy. QR codes and guides alongside staff at locations made it incredibly easy. Will 100% be using again.

The language barrier was enormous but the QR card system made it smooth and understood. The lady knew her job and made sure without language the importance of the waybill receipt for us to reclaim our baggage. Book via the app and let the QR codes do the talking for dropoff and pickup. the app and QR reduce the need for language other than the usual appropriate courtesies. We just so happened to be 400m from Asakusabashi depot and 200m Tennoji Shinzudima (Osaka). so after our Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka, it was a short stroll to the depot to let the QR code to do the talking for us. No scratches, no need to book space on Shinkansen and very afforable.

I can't scan both receipts in the app. Only one, and it's not saved. But it doesn't matter, I have the original paper copy.

Everything went smoothly and easy to find locations, however brand new suitcases returned scuffed. But all in all a good experience.

Such a pleasure. Bag did get a bit soiled but that was my fault for not having a cover. And I was asked before about it but it was at bag drop. Maybe mention it earlier in the instructions so people think about it

Only issue was you needed the QR codes rather than just a booking reference number and I didn’t have data. Took 30-45mins longer than expected to resolve. Staff were very friendly though, a great service and made a proportion of our trip easier without big bags to manage. Would recommend

Really great service at the drop off office site. However I booked a different drop off and bounce changed the location. This was further away from where I wanted to drop it.

Not very clear instructions if you are not a Japanese speaker. But the staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately, a luggage strap was missing, but otherwise everything went smoothly and made our holiday easier.

Everything went to plan, and as a tourist in Japan it was easy to find a drop off location in Osaka and our bags were delivered to our hotel in Tokyo ontime and undamaged.

This service was great for a last minute tranfer from Osaka to Tokyo. Bags were delivered swiftly and with care.

Worth it. Saved moving through busy train stations with our large luggage. Arrived safely to our hotel prior to our arrival and placed safely in our room.
