The staff member was friendly and spoke basic English, which made checking in and collecting my bags very smooth. I had a little bit of trouble locating the exact drop-off point at first. Don't even use a gps to get here, do yourself a favour and navigate for the Don Quijote near Dotonbori, cause if you're right in front of the DQ, just go down the little side street next to it and you'll find the place super easily.
