LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY. Firstly, the place was great. The staff were very kind even though we were half an hour late. Don't even use a gps to get here, do yourself a favour and navigate for the Don Quijote near Dotonbori, cause if you're right in front of the DQ, just go down the little side street next to it and you'll find the place super easily.

Very easy to drop off in the morning. This particular location was open earlier as we needed a 9am drop off time. We were also an hour late to pick up our bags. We called and they said no problem. Very good. I would recommend again.

The service experience was very good. My only complaint was that it's not very obvious at all that you have arrived at the correct address. I'm confused as to why they have not put up even just a small Bounce Luggage Storage sign to make it clear that you have arrived at the correct place. You actually have to approach the entrance to the car park and show your Bounce QR code to the parking attendant who will then be able to assist you once they get a moment in between storing and retrieving people's cars.

Easy to use, easy to find luggage storage point, but BOUNCE price is higher than other shop.
