  • The location is excellent. There is an elevator right in front of the building, so you can drop it off as soon as you go down to the basement. It takes less than 3 minutes, allowing you to immediately start your trip happily.

Drop off and pick up of our luggage was easily done. Photos of our items in storage were taken by staff and shared through the app. Would recommend.

  • Convenient 2 minutes walk from Doton Plaza whch was our arrival destination from Kansai airport via the airport limo bus. We were able to store our luggage for four hours until our airbnb accommodation check-in time, leaving us hands-free to explore and browse Dotonburi canal area and surrounds. This was so convenient and the lady behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful . She recognised that I had paid for 1 bag too many and assisted me with getting a refund via the Bounce app immediately. I recommend wholeheartedly.

  • It’s in the Kuromon Information Center itself inside Kuromon Market. The couple were accommodating and they kept our luggage locked and safe in their storage room. Would recommend!

  • Nice contact person, great communication! If you took nankai express or any of the exits 4-9, google maps will not take you to the right spot (it's one of the restaurants in the next road, images provided by bounce are correct). There are a lot of coin lockers in namba station and namba park (a mall close by), so that might be a better option
