Very easy once you find the right spot: the pin map shows a dark alley, but it turns out the storage unit is actually a restaurant. Leave your luggage in a corner of the restaurant area.

I stayed here on my way to the Expo. It was very convenient as it was close to Namba Station. I wish I had had more time to have a meal there.

The shop owner spoke excellent English and was very welcoming. We were in the Namba district and needed to leave to go to Shin-Osaka. The location was therefore perfect, and the restaurant was very easy to find so we could leave our luggage there.

The store name is a little hard to see, but if you look high up you'll see a conspicuous sign that makes it easy to spot.

Nice contact person, great communication! If you took nankai express or any of the exits 4-9, google maps will not take you to the right spot (it's one of the restaurants in the next road, images provided by bounce are correct). There are a lot of coin lockers in namba station and namba park (a mall close by), so that might be a better option
