Great experience! They placed our bags on the basement so it's safe! Definitely recommended!

The service worked really well for us, the location was easy to find, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the process went smoothly. It was really convenient for us to be able to store our luggage overnight, and the price was reasonable.

A good experience. They're well-organized for luggage collection and very conveniently located near the train station.

App was easy to follow, booking was easy, shop was friendly and luggage looked after. Wasn't expecting it to be left just behind the counter but was well out of reach of other shoppers.

We needed to store our bags for the day while we wen out exploring until we could check into our nearby accommodation. Very convenient location. Very easy to make a reservation online. Very reasonable pricing. Staffed front desk, very friendly staff, and secure locked storage room. I would absolutely use this location again!

Difficult to find at first, I did not realise that it was deep inside the hostel. However the people at reception were extremely helpful, and it was then very easy to drop the bag and pick it up quickly. Great that there is a human there 24/7, I thought I needed some complicated system to scan my QRcode, but it was all very manual and efficient

This place is actually a hostel, so they have a luggage room for storage. Got 24h front desk that’s the mean reason that I picked this Bounce location. Great service, also got a toilet to use.

24/7 reception, as it is a hotel, so very convenient and well located. The suitcase is stored in a closed and secure area.

This place is not exactly in the train station. Little walk needed but very close to the Castle. They have promptly give the confirmation Email & postcode and it is exactly at the mentioned place, no hassle in finding it out. Drop off and pick up both were smooth. When I checked for the taxi they were able to arrange it immediately with a QR code printed to track your Taxi.

Good experience, heard about Bounce from friends, which was great because we had 4 hours to kill. Was able to drop our bags off quickly to enjoy the few hours we had left in Edinburgh before heading to the airport.
