Very good Service. People are very frindly.

Very easy to use and very convenient for not having to lug our bags around the city. We used this service for the Ludovico Einaudi concert at the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Having checked out of our hotel the morning of the event, we would have had to lug our backpacks around all day. And (in addition to the hassle) we would have had problems getting into the concert, as bags like ours weren't allowed. This luggage storage was perfect, being just steps from the Castle, and the pickup was also convenient and quick!

This place is not exactly in the train station. Little walk needed but very close to the Castle. They have promptly give the confirmation Email & postcode and it is exactly at the mentioned place, no hassle in finding it out. Drop off and pick up both were smooth. When I checked for the taxi they were able to arrange it immediately with a QR code printed to track your Taxi.

The staff was amazing and willing to help. Drop-off was quick with no issues. They even ordered us a taxi after pickup.

It was a great experience. I had an apartment just a few steps away and it was helpful to leave my bags there after checking out to enjoy my last day in the city before my flight. Even though I came back late to pick them up they didn't make a fuss and actually let me put my bags away before taking the Uber to the airport. If I ever have to go back to Edinburgh, I will definitely use them again!

Easy to find and very friendly people helped us. It’s a great service if you arrive early and can’t check in to your bnb or hotel. This was a two minute walk to our bnb so we just dropped our bags and looked around for a couple hours. Highly recommend!

The depot is right in the center, inside a hostel run by very kind and friendly guys. The luggage storage procedure is managed extremely simply and quickly. I highly recommend it
