Easy access and very friendly staff!!! They even let us use the hostel bathroom.

Very friendly. Everything was perfectly fine. We didn't have a locker, but we did have a separate room where our 3 suitcases could go. We had to take a photo of our suitcases for verification. The bus stopped just a few meters from this spot, so that was also very convenient.

The employees here were so helpful. We dropped off our luggage a little early then our schedule time and they were so nice and also allowed us to use the restroom. I highly recommend using this service.

Very easy to use and very convenient for not having to lug our bags around the city. We used this service for the Ludovico Einaudi concert at the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Having checked out of our hotel the morning of the event, we would have had to lug our backpacks around all day. And (in addition to the hassle) we would have had problems getting into the concert, as bags like ours weren't allowed. This luggage storage was perfect, being just steps from the Castle, and the pickup was also convenient and quick!
