  • Very easy to use and very convenient for not having to lug our bags around the city. We used this service for the Ludovico Einaudi concert at the Esplanade of Edinburgh Castle. Having checked out of our hotel the morning of the event, we would have had to lug our backpacks around all day. And (in addition to the hassle) we would have had problems getting into the concert, as bags like ours weren't allowed. This luggage storage was perfect, being just steps from the Castle, and the pickup was also convenient and quick!

  • This place is not exactly in the train station. Little walk needed but very close to the Castle. They have promptly give the confirmation Email & postcode and it is exactly at the mentioned place, no hassle in finding it out. Drop off and pick up both were smooth. When I checked for the taxi they were able to arrange it immediately with a QR code printed to track your Taxi.
